For the last year, there has been building work on a new villa going on across the road from where Karine, JT and Chris live. The workers on the site work from 6am until 6pm, sometimes in very hot and humid conditions.

Each day for the last year, the Foundation has provided these workers with a snack (samosa or pakora or cake or biscuits) and a box of fruit juice for each of them, as a small way in which to try to help them through their day. 

The work on the villa is now nearing completion and the Foundation’s commitment will continue until the last of the workers leaves the site.
